But in Japan, we can’t just use just any coffee: It needs to be milos (or milo-tea), which is a type of tea made from the leaves of a certain plant.
Milos tea is a Japanese-style drink that is traditionally brewed in the tea house of a local tea shop.
While milos coffee is often used as a morning beverage, tea can also be served as a sweetener or flavoring for milos drinks.
Miloses tea is usually brewed in a Japanese style teapot that has a narrow bowl for the tea leaves.
The tea leaves are then pressed into the narrow bowl and placed in the hot water to steep for about 10 minutes.
